Hey hopefully someone out there can help me. I recently acquired a 1989 bayliner with a force 85 horse outboard. Got it from a friend of mine that had the powerhead rebuilt and put it back on himself. The problem is that the motor will rev just fine in gear but won't idle. We believe the problem to be that some hoses are missing from the carbs on the motor. On the lower right side of the motor below the fuel filter there is a valve of some kind that flows raw fuel when the motor is running. What we believe is missing is the hoses that may or may not run from this valve to a fiitng on each of the carbs. The valve has one fitting and a half inch diameter hose, maybe the hose tees and runs to the carbs??? Can't find the original hoses either and no help in the Seloc Manual. If somebody out there can explain where these hoses run or better yet take a pic of their motor and send it to me it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!!
