hot 150 xr2 mercury

1984 saltwater xr2<br />weak flow from indicator<br />horn sounds above 2000<br />replaced both thermostats<br />checked valve on starboard side<br />replaced pump-housing and lower plate<br />looking for suggestions?

Ken,Got the right fuel mix,Timing been ajusted recently.jets in carb right ones and haven't been changed.
