Hot to check I/O motor mounts?

Got a 89 Maxum open bow. The floor was badly rotten with a hack job floor replacement over the old floor.

The one front engine mount looks like it has a crack in it but when i pried it open their was stiff glass under it, so i think it was just a bobble in the glass.
The bolts all seem to be tight (just checked with my hand)

Transom, i tapped on it and at the bottom of it it sounds pretty hollow
So i want to make sure the engine is holding in place so it doesnt put any strain on the transom.

Drill in to it if its wet or rotten youll need to pull and replace.If its dry plug with resin and cloth.
