My DVA project needs a container to house everything. A project box from an electronics store would probably be best. It was suggested to just hot melt glue everything on a piece of wood. Obviously water would be the concern there. I could use some ideas...

I bought a piece of perf board to build it on and put it in a project box, both bought at radio shack. Soldered the wires to the board, dremeled a few divits for the wires to come out of near the seam and put a few zip ties inside on the wires act as strain relief.

Just use flying solder joints, drop it in a spray can lid and fill it with epoxy.... With a couple of leads coming out of course.... :D:D

I used a plastic .22 ammo box. went to Radio Shack and bought test lead plugs and mounted in the sides of the box, wired the electronics in the box with a dab of silicone on the capacitor to keep movement to a minimum and then slid the lid closed. It works perfectly.
