How can i find out the hp

Hi everyone im new to the site,having aquirered a long shaft susuki outboard i was hoping to find out how old and what horse power it is.It is single cylinder ,and has a metal integral fuel tank , the numbers on the block are 519C4 193 can anyone please help Regards Andy
