How difficullt is the Tonneu cover to use like a trunk lid?

is it a big pain to open it up and close it? or just snap down in place?<br /><br />I am definitely getting one, Ill order it saturday the moment I get the keys practically<br /><br />along with the sway bar and the bed rug, lol<br /><br />well Ill wait til spring for the bed rug - hmmmmm, going to the seventies next week possibly<br /><br />maybe not! lol

Either the Access Cover, or the Pace Edwards - Either are quite simple to operate, and either will keep the contents of your box dry, yet can be easliy opened to use your truck like the cargo machine it was meant to be. Plan on paying at least 300.00 more for the Pace Edwards tho. I went with the Access, because it has less moving parts, which to me, suggests longevity. If you aint bought the truck yet, have the dealer install it, then you can finance the whole thing

I prefer the snap downs or sliders. Not a fan of the lifters.

Ray, My dad has the snapdown cover just watch using it in the winter last year during deer season we had to put a heater in the truck bed to soften the cover to be able to snap it again. When I put the cover on the new truck we are going to go with http://www.carmicdirect.com/store/category/187/ <br /><br />or similiar.

Just get the cap right away.<br />No side windows, but doors in their place.<br />You know you want that Century cap. Or maybe a Leer.

LOL, yer right roscoe, I do want that danged Century cap, its a beauty!<br /><br />but I cant work too many miracles in one week!<br /><br />the red with the black tonneu looks **** good too tho, and I am sure I could unload it on the S-10 forum when I get the cap (great site SBN, thanks again!)
