How do I change oil injection to pre-mix on a Merc 150

Sorry if my last posting was unclear...Any tips on changing a 1987 Mercury 150 HP XR2 V Maxx to pre-mix? Any thoughts in general as to if these are reliable engines?

That engine is/was a good design. Your's is pretty old, so hopefully it's condition is good.

To convert to premix, remove the oil pump, remove the oil pump shaft, re-install the oil pump and route the pump intake to the pump output, drain and disconnect the other oil lines, remove the fuel line tee and pre mix your fuel.
