After running the boat aground this weekend we thought the boat survived without a scratch but the propeller that was once black in now silver and has little knicks and scratches on the blades, we also don't carry a spare (as of yet, but I'm working on that)...
1. Will these little knicks really cause a problem? I'm debating whether to buy a new prop and put it on and use the current one as a spare or just keep the new one as a spare until we're more experienced boaters?
2. So far I've gathered from the owner's manual that the prop RMP WOT should be 4400-4800, that's the only information I have regarding what prop to purchase... how do we determine the size and the pitch and material? (I don't care to break the bank on a prob at this point, the kids just want to tube, I just want to cruise around)
3. What other materials do we need to keep on the boat to change the prop?
Thanks!
