how do I find last post

I was on this site last week and posted a problem that I needed help with. I got a reply and I fixed my problem. But Now I can't find my post so that I can thank the person for their advice. How do I find it among these many pages so I can say thanks?

Some posts have been moved in the changover to the new layout.<br /><br />If you ever need to find a topic, you can go do a search.
