how do I hook-up hour meter?

I'm trying to hook-up my hour meter and I don't know where to connect the wires too. The meter was already installed but neverhook-up. Any help would be great, Thank You

You should have a (+) and a (-) terminal on the back of the meter.
The (-) should be wired to battery ground tap.
The (+) to the Ignition Switch "on" position.
