How do i top the hydraulic fluid up

I have a bayliner and the hydraulic trim has stopped working,the eletric motor runs but <br />it will not lift the stern or drop it .<br />im guessing its due to hydraulic fluid.<br />it looks like a corbra hydraulic unit.<br />but i can not see how you check the fluid <br />or change it .there is a screw on the side <br />is this it ?<br />please help
