how do you remove the shifter handle?

I have the cover off the hondle (the piece that has the trim switch in it) I have the 3 screws out from under the handle itself as well as the screws that hold the plastic molding to the side of the boat. The handle will not come out. What am I doing wrong? Is there a trick to this?

looks like I answered my own question, I just found the allen screw under the shifter handle
