Bought a new Motorguide PTSv trolling motor. (or, Santa left it under the tree on the 25th).<br /> On my boat on the 26th. On the lake on the 27th. DOA / Defective / nothing.<br /> Troubleshooting not the issue...the trolling motor didn't work is the issue.<br /> I returned it via UPS and today 29th, replacement arrived. It does more than the last, but, still defective.<br /> I've had this one about six hours now and have a feeling returning it for replacement / refund won't be an option this time.<br /> SO, how does this warranty thing work? I've not even had a chance to fill out the warranty card.<br /> Just wondering if anybody knows what kind of time frame I'm looking at or any advice on where to take it to be repaired?
