I'll give you $151.00 we got a deal?

I have no experience buying an outboard in that condition, but would say you could get a bit more than that.

If it's still in excellent condition, it should bring in excess of $350+.........easy. Maybe even double that depending on the actual condition and the interest of the buyer. Put it on eBay with several close-up photo's and with a high reserve to see how much interest it gets. I watched a restored '58 model sell for $1,200 about a month ago, but it looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. Since we have no idea as to the condition of yours, it'd really be hard to speculate as to it's value. Can you post a photo or two, that might help? I'm looking for one myself.......... :) .........Good luck!!!..................... ALAN

Triple the offer, that's what it's worth to an antique outboard hound like me. Not uncommon to see showroom new vintage motors go for more than $500. Just make sure it finds a good home. Check the aomci website, www.aomci.org, I know there are NY chapters...some near you may be having a swap meet soon.
