How much sanding ??

[Cast-A-Way]

My Last layup was a waxed poly resin
Can I just ruff and scuff clean with acetone to do another layup

Or should I sand like crazy ?

Clean the surface first, then you need to sand the entire surface very well, any area's not sanded will have a very good chance of not sticking.

Use styrene to wipe it down instead of acetone...better bonding than anything acetone can provide.
