How much would You pay???

I am thinking about buying a 1999 20 foot Mako, with a 135 horsepower outboard mercury motor, with 40 hours on it. Hes asking 17,500 for it, do you think that its worth it?<br />Also is there a website where i can look up prices on boats? thanks
