I recently replaced the binnacle(remote) for my 1999 Merc 90 ELPO with a new take off gen II control and cables. It shifts like butter but at WOT needs slightly more drag to hold the setting. Since I bought the control from eBay as new take off I received no paperwork. In my inital look I wouldn't tell how to adjust frictional drag. I searched abit here and on web for instructional PDF with no luck. Can anyone provide any insight? Thanks in advance.
