exept from unscrewing the oil pressure valve and the indication of it
is there any other way to assure that i have good oil flow in my engine? if i take out the oil filling taps (when in neutral)should i observe oil moving?
and something else ,the temp needle sould be always at the center ?Mine is at the end of yellow region (at the beginning)although i have new thermostat and th.housing.of course when i speed up it passes the center but a friend told me that at his boat it's always stable.

If your wanting to see if oil is flowing pull off the valve covers. If your wanting to check your gauge, screw in a oil pressure gauge.

I took out the top covers. At idle i can see the oil drop by drop to come out of the holes and flow to the top of the valves. Is this normal?I put a new oil pressure meter and testing at dock it gives me 20 .Is it ok? When throttling up i didn't noticed any change.

what you see under the valve covers sounds normal.what wt. oil are you using and did you test with a mech. gauge.
