Just trying to clean up a 1977 boston whaler 17 ft.
The last owner has a lot spills over the back deck. And a lot stains here and there. The whole floor is covered with diamond shaped non-skid gelcoat. Some people say if the floor is ok, don't bother re-coating it.

There must be a good way to refresh or clean the deck floor, please help.
And here attached is some pictures.

Depends on what made the stains.

Blood, guts and leaf stains come out with clorox. I keep a bottle of Clorox cleanup on board for spot clean up.

i use Marykate non-skid cleaner for day to day clean up. Follow the directions on the bottle.

If that doesn’t do it, Atwood bottom cleaner diluted 75% will remove just about anything else.

Once clean, Woodie wax non-skid wax will keep it clean. Follow the directions on the bottle to a tee. Too much isn’t a good thing

Thanks, dingbat, that's a lot information.

I believe it can be some poly resin stain or left over. It's like a crystal, and some can break to pieces. I used heat gun to soft it but not a good result. I will try your staff and keep it as a cleaning routine. Thanks.

Well, I can't find Attwood bottom cleaner, only attwood instant hull cleaner.
But interestingly, "Attwood bottom cleaner" googles you on-and-off hull and bottom cleaner, seems to be a very high rated and strong/toxic cleaner. Maybe I should take that for a try.

Atwood instant hull cleaner is the stuff.

On-off is nasty stuff. Used it once. Over kill in 98.5% of the time
