how to convert a cable and pulley to rotary steering system

I have an old 35 Viking and would like to convert the steering to a rotary style steering......can someone help with the parts and what I need to do this.....I am aware that I will need a Clamp Block, ....do I need anything else to achieve this?....any help would be appreciated....thx

Find Teleflex steering on the web.
You'll need some good measurments. The distance from the wheel to the side.then back to the transom,then to the side of the motor.
