Hi all, though I would share how I converted my 1995 Evinrude Intruder 115 HP from an OMS (oil metering system) to a new straight fuel pump running premix. There's plenty of people that reuse the OMS pump and run premix, but I wanted a more streamline reliable, affordable conversion. There are kits costing over $200 to do this but this is how I did it under $20. The only part I bought was just a brand new diaphragm pump (pump only) off ebay here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Fuel-Pump-4...item41c81ba4ac. I then modeled a bracket after the OMS bracket to hold the new fuel pump. I 3D printed the bracket for about $1.00 worth of plastic and mounted using existing screws. I then routed hoses to respective locations, making sure to connect the pulse line to the pulse outlet, which drives the pump. It runs great and I'm very pleased with it. If you have any questions, please let me know. Here are a few pics:

I once buyed a fuel pump on ebay, not an original.
It worked for 6 month, then I had trouble.
The fuel had eaten the gasket inside the fuel pump and small pieces were sent to the carb. :cold:
