I have a newly purchased 2004 Glastron 175 SX with the Volvo Penta 3.0 and a Holley carburetor. Whenever I move the shift lever into gear it stalls and dies unless I jabbed the throttle quickly which sucks for docking. It runs fine boating around anywhere but idle, low throttle. When I pull the throttle back to idle but still in gear it will run for a few seconds and then slowly sputter and die. When idling in neutral it will not start I have to advance the throttle to get it started and let it run at about a thousand RPM for a while and then I can move it back to idle where it may or may not stay running. Seems to idle around 700 ish RPMs. I figure I should rebuild the carburetor which isn't a big deal for me. I just need to know what kit to get. It's HIN GLA40978J304.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pull your carb apart and clean it. Your idle circuit is plugged

The carb number is stamped on the airhorn
