how to install temp gage on johnson 115

what is best capillary or electronic temp. gage on a 24 foot pontoon boat. i like to see temp. when i'm underway.<br />thanks

I think Teleflex makes one that has a bimetalic sender that fastens under a head bolt. <br />Temp gauges are okay but I prefer a water pressure gauge. They'll alert you to cooling water circulation problems before there's a hi-temp situation.<br /><br />c/6<br />Hooty
