I have a 1981 25' Mako with twin 1994 150 johnsons recently mounted by a friend.
The anti-ventilation plate is 2.5" below the deadrise. My rpm's wot is only 4300.
From what I have read I think the engines are mounted too low and are causing drag.
The engines are mounted as high as they can with the holes so I am thinking about installing a pair of T-H MARINE Hi-Jacker Fixed Jack Plate.
Just wanting some peoples opinions of this.
thanks
