How to remove flywheel studs?

How do you remove these studs with damaging them? I've plan to re use them or they'll need to be replace? I am swapping an engine, the new engine doesn't have them.

Also is this what everyone call a "one piece rear main seal" look like?

Ayuh,.... That's a 1 pc. seal alright....

You put 2 nuts on a stud, tighten them Together, then turn out the stud, usin' the inner nut....

One note, go buy some regular nuts of the proper thread. The nuts that hold the coupler on are likely lock nuts, and you don't want to use them for stud removal.
