how to remove gimbal assembly

hello how do i fully remove the gimbal assembly with pivot housing as one? #45 on diagram. i know i need to disconnect both bellows. the shift cable and the water intake hose and trim lines. i have 3 screws removed that are shown as #8 on diagram. i was expecting the bracket, #30. to drop away but its not budging, is it stuck or am i missing something? do i just remove the bracket, #30 and the gimbal assembly should fall down or what am i missing ? thanks

i have bracket removed. should gimbal assembly pull down under it or how do i remove it from the steering arm to pull down. i have the 4 nuts removed from arm
