I have a 1989 Ranger 360 V with an OMC throttle lever. The previous owner added a HotFoot throttle pedal that I would like to remove and go back to the standard lever.
It seems that I have almost zero access to the back side of this hidden throttle. The fuse panel and the live well valve controls are in front of the lever, and I can not even begin to get my hand in back of the area. I finally got the lever itself off, and heard a fairly large thud which I suspect was the actual mechanism falling down behind the fiberglass side.
Anyone have some secret to tell me about how this can be done, or maybe knows someone with spaghetti arms that could reach behind to access the rest of the throttle control?
Thanks
