Hi. I've got a 90HP 4-stroke Mercury outboard, 2003.

First time removing a prop. I got the first two pieces off. See the blue arrows in the photo below.

I'm not sure how to proceed (see red arrows). What am I looking at and how do I remove them?

And is this a Flo‑Torq I, II, or III drive hub prop?

Thanks for your help.

Re: How to Remove Prop

Doesn't look like a Flo-Torq prop at all. The prop should (Including parts A and B) should slide off of the propshaft (C).
If it's frozen on, you can sometimes get lucky using a mallet and hitting at the base of the vanes to break it loose. It's not uncommon to have to cut off props that are frozen to the shaft.

If it's stuck you can soak it good with something like PB Blaster and use a puller or Dons suggestion.
Once you get it off clean the shaft and use some light grease or lube before installing the prop.
You may want to check the condition annually.

Re: How to Remove Prop

Looks like a Merc/Johnny mix of prop hardware. First tilt motor up and apply penetrating oil around the splines and let her sit a bit. Next put a 2X4 between the gearcase and a prop blade and give her some leverage force. Do each blade. If that doesn't get it, you probably need to graduate to a puller, and finally to cutting off the prop blades and prop hub, and then cutting off the rubber hub and splitting the brass splined hub.

Thanks, everyone, for your replies. I let some oil set for a day, then it wiggled right off. Thanks again.
