How to repair floor

I have an 1998 Trophy Bayliner with cuddy cabin, my problem is the floor is soft all the way round where the table support sits, where the seating area is that is good. I haven't started drilling or cutting the area out yet, untill I know where to start and what materials to use to fix this problem. Would be helpfull of some input from you experts.
