How to repair?

I have an Aquapro (not Hypalon) which I put a tear of 1 inch in the tube. I have some patches (1 grey, 1 white) and glue which it came with.

The tear appears to have gone through 2 layers (?).

Is there any good guide (video would be best) on how to repair / patch inflatable boats?

I don't know of a good video. There is a fairly informative thread on glue and repair here (though transom oriented)

and some excellent directions on proper glue procedures here

Since your tear is in the tube it is a little more difficult to repair properly than some other fixes. With a 1 inch tear you really need to put a patch on the inside and one on the outside for a stable long term fix. The inside patch doesn't have to be absolutely air tight, but definitely needs to help keep the tear closed when the tube is fully inflated (it isn't easy, but it works). It is a trick to prop the tear open, prep the surfaces to be glued, coat with the glue and position the inside patch. When I repaired an old puncture I prepped my surfaces then folded my inner patch and placed it in the tube. I had threaded the patch in the center so I could hold on to it (yeah the needle and thread makes a small hole, but you will be placing a patch over it). I used a small brush through the opening to apply the three separate coats of glue(had my assistant hold the thread and one edge of the inner patch with long forceps while I coated it), let go with the forceps and pulled the thread to position the patch under the tear, rubbed down the patch by laying the patch against the other inner side of the tube, pulled away lightly with the thread to make sure I didn't glue the two sides of the tube together, added just a little air to the tube to separate the tube sides, let cure, then removed the thread. Applying the top patch was waay easier.

If you go with just a top patch you will have issues eventually as the air pressure in the tube will cause the top patch to fail from the center (in my experience).

There is a product called a clamshell that is a mechanical tear fix. It a two piece plastic device that clamps together. Sort of clunky in place on your tube, but very effective. Available lots of places including West Marine.

Don't discount the need for the correct temp and humidity when gluing. If you have a 1 part glue that is only good for emergency or temporary repairs. Good luck!
