1971 Evinrude 115 hp Electronic Ignition. I have put the motor in netural, I think. removed the dash controls and shifter control. The battery cables and harness to switch, choke, over heat light etc are still hooked to motor. I have the motor sitting on a "A" frame type set up. Yes, I do have the flushing attachment for the lower unit to run water. I do have the pull cord located inside the hood. Can I start the engine with the battery and a toggle type switch?
