how to test manifolds as source of water intrusion

Thanks to Advice Ive recieved here I believe I have located the source of water intrusion into my 87 omc 351 skiboat most likely it came from water rushing up exsahust missing one rubber exhuast flapper and turning the engine off. However I would like to know if there is a way to check the exahust manifolds/risers for possible leaks other than direct visulization.

block off one side and fill it with kerosene.
Or block everything, with a tire valve installed and put 15 psi in it, and listen

Is it raw water cooled of closed cooling?

Ayuh,.....

Coors has explianed how to test the Manifolds,...
The riser Can't be mechanically plugged,..
So a visual inspection is about all you can do with them....
