every once in a while it will rotate left and after pulling the switch it moved right just a little. The model number is 61026. It has the speed control, on off on switch and the joy stick with about 7 or 8 wires and a couple bare posts. I think the red is the power as it comes off the speed control and the center one is black so I think that is the ground and I'm only getting 8.5 volts. Is there anyway I can pull all the wires and connect wires together to see if I can get the spotlight to turn or is there a way to test them ? Any help would be great, Thanks in advance.
