how to wire twins into boat ?

last year i ran twin 25's one was ele. start the other was pull start .ran great loved it (my little 16 ft alum. hull realy moves).now i have ordered another ele. start kit and am not sure if i hook up to same bat. or do i have to hook motor and tach to separet bat.? thank you.

It is recommended that you use separate batteries if the engines are fitted with charging systems. If they don't have charging systems, then you can use a single battery. Your boat would probably be as fast or faster with a single 50 than twin 25's since there is less drag. But since you have what is probably a cool looking boat, it is of no consequence.
