My new 20' bowrider has two tonneau covers (bow seating and the main seating including sun pad areas.)
In season it is on a lift in a covered slip. Out of season it will live in a metal storage building (rain tight.) I plan to leave tonneaus fastened year around and then overlay canvas over the tonneaus and the entire topsides to keep dirt, etc. off the boat's interior during winter storage.
Highway towing will wll be about 170 miles each way in spring and fall and I can probably cherrypick good weather days for those hauls.
Have I overlooked any good reasons to buy a factory model specific mooring cover that is high quality and tight fitting over the entire topsides?
