JB good point but do you really think the nas or cia care what congress has ever done or will ever do. I think that the nas and cia have their own agenda that falls out of the scope of law and government

I don't agree, Miloman.<br /><br />They do what the boss says do, even when the boss denies it and swears it never happened.<br /><br />What I had in mind is the Special Anti-Terrorism Force, Delta or other, unknown and un-named military units. Spooks aren't trained assassins. We would need someone who is specialized at killing folks.<br /><br />It appears that Saddam is terrified of being offed by a sniper at 1000 or more yards with a BMG .50. He will not be seen in public again.

Speaking of responses, try this one. <br /><br />What do you think the response would be from our forces if the rag-heads did start tossing SCUD's at our troops loaded with bio or chemical substances? Would we still play the good guys or would we get "tough"?

Hey JB, good thinking. But it ain't gonna happen. If it could, just give an American reporter (stationed in Iraq), a gun (instead of a camera), and tell him to take one for the team. Like Outboardjim said take out the media lines in Iraq. Take out the media lines in the US, too. And get all the reporters out of Iraq. These reporters can't be going with the troops, and reporting every move on American t.v. This is not a soap opera, or a movie. This is a matter of lives, young and old. The only thing that we should see on t.v. is the leaders of our country, telling us of what is happening. If they showed everything on t.v. back in WWII, we would all be speaking in German. Go G.W.B. and our troops.

As a multi-pronged approach, I'd start up the draft again.<br />This would immediately send tens of thousands of cowards over the Canadian border.<br />It would conscript the neccesary numbers to fight phase 3 of this war, the bombing and destroying of N. Korea's proliferation business.<br /><br />I'd put tens of thousands back to work building smart bombs, Stealth bombers, Trident submarines and survellience and communication satellites. I'd build them in great numbers.<br />I'd give, not sell, these war machines to proven allies. England, Isreal, Spain, Italy, Australia, Japan and all the former eastern block nations.<br />I'd give a vast sums of aid to Vietnam, Cambodia and India to buy thier governments to our aid.<br /><br />England, Spain and Italy could declare martial law on all of Europe. Disarm France and Germany.<br /><br />Israel is now free to take control of all it's nieghbors and would be allowed to build settlements anywhere in the African continent. Except Somalia and Angola.<br /><br />The former Eastern block nations take over thier former ruling nation, the USSR.<br /><br />Australia, Japan and a major portion of Vietnam/ Cambodian forces, blockade and march towards China and it's parrot ally N. Korea. <br />A small contingent of Vietnamese/ Cambodian forces storm through Indonesia and and also establish martial law.<br /><br />India is given the green light to settle its scores with Pakistan and is given Afganistan as an eastern front, thus freeing up any US troops there.<br /><br />By this time we have long since liberated Iraq. We continue building forces there. We are now poised to take Iran, Saudi Arabia, Sudan and Kuwait. We, the US, is now OPEC.<br /><br />We continue to make sweetheart deals. We convince the Mexican, Haitians and various Asians to immigrate not north, but south, into Columbia, Brazil, Peru, etc. We give a bonus to England by giving them Argentina. Australia gets a bonus, by getting the Phillipines, just because.<br /><br />Cuba doesn't become the 51st state, but instead, is now part of Florida, Miami is now the new capitol. (Had to throw in some domestic policy.)<br /><br />I'd have the US and all it's previously mentioned allies pull out of the United Nations. Relocate it to Somalia and exile Bill and Hilary Clinton there. Jimmy Carter is exiled to Angola.<br /><br />Al Gore and Tom Daschle are exposed as having a long term homosexual affair......ooops!!!.....sorry....that's a different what if story.

Lets clean out our prisons! Remove that debt from our society by sending all the death row, and lifers to Iraq well armed. Let the Iraqi's figure out who is who in civilian clothes. <br /><br />That way the prisoners don't have to follow the rules of war. I think it would benefit us both ways.<br /><br />Just a thought.....
