My manager called a meeting at 01:00 cdt this morning. He stated that our turnover documents are officially a legal and binding document. Turnover being and including timeline, solve (a problem ticket), tasks, for a 12-hour period. He said he went to HR, and that each day his supervisor will e-mail an form to each of us, with a confirmed check box we have to click on. Copy forwarded to him. (This will eliminate errors). If you f****p, and cost the company money you are fired. Can he do that? I am so pi***XT about this. We are the only shift that is beginning to do this. As far as errors this year (1). Is this guy American? I have, a stress test tomorrow, doctors request. <br />Thanks for letting me vent.
