I/ve had bad experiences. They are rude on the phone and dont have any patience if you dont understand exactly what you need. I've had friends have bad experiences with their engines. I never used them again after two nasty phone orders. This all about 5 years ago. Use Iboats, they seem friendly enough.
I have used them on more than 1 occasion without any problems.Free shipping usually if order is over $100.I usually call rather than on line and have them double check the item to be sure it is the correct one.Charlie

I order from them exclusively. Yea, they ain't the friendliest people in the world, but i never had them not be helpfull. Generally when i call the parts have already been looked up here and we are calling with just numbers tho. The prices are good, real good.
Been VERY pleased with them.<br />Usually just order online.<br />One time I had a parts kit come in that had an incorrect piece in it...called, very friendly, no problems.<br />I have called for parts not listed and haven't had any luck with them on those.
I rebuilt most of my boat with parts from there. I spoke with them once on the phone to confirm which part I needed. The first tech didn't now for sure so he quickly asked others until he found the answer and was polite about it. I live in TN and parts would show up 2 days after ordering. I'll do bus with them in the future.
Hello, They are a great site. I just brought a transom repair kit, shift cable, trim limit and sender kit and some Merc tools from them. They pack everything securely and ship ASAP. They also have some of the best prices I have found on the net so far. I would say use them, I was 100% satisfied with my order and will order again in the future.
After all this good feedback I think I'll give them another try. Maybe they had one bad employee who is no longer there. Remember my bad experience was 5 yrs ago. Alot can change in that amount of time. Thanks for the imput.
