Hub change going from rev4 to Turbo os1?

I've got the appropriate flo-torq II hub currently installed with my rev4. I was going to test out a turbo os1 over the weekend and had questions on if the prop nut torque should remain the same and also if the hub itself is requiring adjustment. I read that the rev4 washer should be removed. Just curious
