i bought a 79 robalo 256 cc a few months ago. i have noticed water in the bilge forward of the console after every fishing trip. i have to vacuum the water out because there is foam blocking the drain hole in the transom and it will not drain. i can not figure out where it is coming from and do not understand why there is foam in front of the drain plug. any idea where i might find info on the construction of the hull for a boat this old. i have emailed robalo but have not gotten a response.
