Hull floor has pider web cracks

Nto sure how bad these cracks are or how big of a job to fix them. It appears to me that it's resin from a previous repair job that may have has the wrong amount of hardner and dried to fast. But I'm no pro and have limited experience working with glass. I hope the link to photobucket appears in the post.

looks like someone applied too much resin... i would grind it out until you get down to some glass material..

Little confused as to what I'm looking at. Did someone just make a batch of resin and dump it into the hull??? What was that supposed to accomplish?

Thanks - I had a feeling that was what it was. The previous owner did a quick fix to the strinkers and I suspect he poured resin all over the that area. The hull doesn't leak. What started out as a project to replace the transom has grown to a major renovation. Thanks again for the help. I'll keep my photobucket updated as things progress.
