hull id gone

I can not locate the hin on this boat ,its an old Ormond,it looks like someone has done a lousy transom repair and must have ground it off.How can I REGISTER THIS BOAT WITH OUT IT.<br /> THANKS

If you know what it was, buy, borrow, or rent a stamping set, and put the number back on it. If you do not know the number, contact your DNR, for the proper procedure. In SC the information for solving such problems are readily available, even on line.

If older than 1973, it probably never had a hull id#.
