Hummers stolen from milatary base.

I just caught this on the news,<br /><br />Two Hummers where stolen from the milatary base in Reading, MA last night.<br /><br />The place got broken into and the two Hummers where driven threw a gate, Police are asking for help as they have no leads, I thought it was kind of funny, who would ever think of breaking into a milatary base ? Looks like they'll get away with it, too.

Naaa, it's done all the time Ryan, just never hear about it.<br /><br />Don't think they will get away. Maybe strip them is about the only way.<br />The military hummers are a lot different than the public hummers.

Hmmm, and now, post 9/11, who might be looking for them? No one.<br /><br />Well, maybe the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard, Air Force, NSA, FBI, CIA, TSA, and state and local police, plus the public now that the work is out.<br /><br />Wonder if they use the LoJak(sp) device?

They found them this morning, in good condition. Dang kids going for a joyride.

Yea most likely under age so nothing will happen to them.

Don't think they found the people that took them. They said they found the Hummers 16 miles from the base, abandoned and in good condition. I just threw in the "dang kids" comment cause that is who I figured done the deed.

Two more things that happen all the time that you don’t hear about; military aircraft that is lost and military satellites that is not fully functional.

The base commander should be relived of all duty.

Well that also, but I was talking about the perps, if they were kids, will get off with a smack on the wrist.

I don't think the'll even get caught, the didn't do any damige to the trucks anyway.<br /><br />I've driven but the base that they where stolen from before, it always looked empty.

people just don't think. post 9/11, you don't want to break onto a military base. if it were kids, we're lucky they were not shot by a young 18 yr old private just doing his job.
