Humminbird TCR 101 .... Junk? came with boat/no transducer?

Just bought a boat, came with a humminbird tcr101 but dont even see a transducer.... this thing is old probably 5 or 6 years old I think.
Am I better off just getting something new rather than mess with this?

Whats a good fishfinder that shows depth that can be had for under $200 (cheaper the better)
