Here is where we stand now... River was fine right after the storm. Since then it has risen and is still shy of the total height it will reach. Highest I have ever heard of this time of year. Over 15' above is predicted. All boats at our club are away from the slips, and either tied to pilings, moorings or anchored. I have two large anchors with a good 150+ of rhode off the bow, and a smaller stern anchor. Boat didn't move last night, or today.

Should have the water out by the weekend and possible back into the slips if the docks don't get trashed, by Labor Day. Oh the joys!!!

Man, I was amazed at the cleanup after the floods here in Nashville last year. I feel for y'all, I know how much work it is.

Should crest later today/tonight, then start to go back down.

So far we have had 24/7 watch on the boats, and none have moved. I hate knowing the boats sitting out in the river with the water moving so fast, debris everywhere, and just some anchors holding it in place.

For a limited time, all dry slips have been upgraded to wet slips for no additional charge! :p

What a mess. Hope there isn't too much damage when it all recedes.

Maybe the waters will recede to normal before hurricane Katia makes it's way up the east coast?

Face docks have a fair amount of damage, but the slips are in decent shape, the power and water is back on, and 99% of the boats back in. One boat is still on an anchor as of last night (not sure why), and one other is hooked up to a different dock, again, unsure why.
