New to this bboard and new to bigger boats I hace a 1987 Bayliner Capri 19.5 foot with an outboard 125 Force. I had a problem where the hydralic pump for the tilt ran but did not bring motor up past about 4 inches. With little knowledge I assumed low fluid and proceded to take out the two screws on top of the pump and lifted out the pumps windings. OK stiupid move. question is Can I fix this with a part or do I need to get the boat to a repair shop??
