Hydraulic steering in cold weather?

I'm considering getting a hyrdaulic steering system for my new motor. How do these systems perform in cold weather? Like middle of winter in the northeast? Thanks, Mark

Works just as well the hydraulic power steering on your truck....

Ayuh,.... Unless yer boatin' in the brine, the water is alittle stiff that time of year up here,....

Hyd oil is pretty thin, temps usually ain't an issue,...
