I have been trying to figure out how I can spend an extended amount of time off grid on my boat and I came up with added a golf cart battery to my system and it work perfectly. I am creating video documents of this journey as I will be adding solar panels next as well as a DC to DC charger.

Toooo much money.

Have you ever heard of a row boat or a canoe?
Or a small sailboat?

Now that would be time on the water.

I get it and I only posted because I wanted to share my idea. I do not get paid by Vevor for using their battery and I do not get any commission for sales. Feel free to use whatever battery you like, I am just trying to share the idea as it is really about spending a long weekend off grid without needing shore power

Then welcome to the forum and don't post what appears to be a rule violation, mods are always available to answer questions.

Just as an update, I just purchase a 51.2V battery with 160Ah and will be testing that battery next. This will get me to around 18kWh of power. I will not mention the brand of the battery as people may think I am pushing it, but for those interested they can send me a private message.
