I got fire to plugs but plugs not firing

got a johnson 175, 1983 model just had a powerpack put on , went out to crank it up for first time and now i got fire to spark plugs but no fire from spark plugs. when powerpack went out i tried and tried to crank it and of course flooded it out. i think i flooded it out now when i tried to crank it up. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

If everything else is right give it full throtle with no choke then crank it this will lean mixture right down when it fires put throtle back to normal and try again!
