So I just purchased a boat for a steal and the past owner says the motor only runs on 3 cylinders and his mechanic told him it was a bad timer base. Now my question is are there any tests to make sure it is definitely that? Any common problems with this motor that it could be? Thanks any help would be greatly apprieciated.
